Using the service

Terms

These terms describe the basic expectations for using Stidie. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Your content and public profile

You keep responsibility for the text, images, links, CV details, services and documents you add. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and must not use Stidie to publish unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material. You choose what to publish publicly; public profile content can be viewed by anyone with access to its link.

You authorize Stidie to store, process and display the content as needed to provide the features you use. Remove content from your profile when you no longer want it displayed.

Using the tools responsibly

Use Stidie in a lawful way and do not disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of your CV, quotes, invoices, tax details and other materials before sharing or relying on them.

Plans and availability

Features, storage and usage limits depend on the plan shown on the Pricing page and in your account. We work to keep Stidie available and reliable, but features may change and interruptions can occur while the service is maintained or improved.

No guaranteed outcomes

Stidie provides tools for presenting and managing your professional work. It does not guarantee employment, clients, bookings, payment or a particular business result. You and the people you work with remain responsible for your own agreements and decisions.

Account restrictions and deletion

We may restrict access when needed to protect the service, its users or others, or to address a serious breach of these terms. You can delete your account through account settings. Deletion may not immediately remove records that must be kept to resolve outstanding matters or meet legal requirements.
