Questions about plans?

What’s the difference between Free and Pro?: Free gives you a focused profile with 2 projects and 1 CV. Pro adds room to grow, client booking and document tools, and richer ways to present and understand your work.
How does support work?: Contact us any time at support@stidie.com or through Help & Support. We reply Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. East Africa Time, excluding public holidays. Free requests receive a first response within 2 business days. Pro requests and Custom setup questions receive a first response within 1 business day. These are targets for our first reply, not resolution times. Custom also includes a personalized onboarding session arranged by appointment.
What counts toward image storage?: Uploaded JPG, PNG and WebP project images count toward your plan’s total storage. Each image can be up to 2 MB. Images and videos linked from another website do not use your Stidie storage.
How long does my free profile link work?: Free has no trial period or expiry date. Your Stidie link remains available while your account is active and follows our terms. If you stop a paid plan, your profile can continue on its Stidie link with Free plan limits.
How much do I save with annual billing?: Pro and Custom annual plans cost the same as 10 monthly payments, so you get 2 months at no extra charge.
Does removing Stidie branding change my profile link?: No. Pro hides Stidie branding on the page, while your profile keeps its Stidie link. Custom includes connecting your own domain, with registration and renewal quoted separately.
Is Custom a fixed price?: The base subscription starts at $20 per month or $200 per year. Domain registration, renewal and optional profile setup are quoted separately because the scope and domain costs vary.
